The Nero Bread Oven is a compact stone sole bread oven suitable for micro bakers looking to scale output.
This oven was the second oven to launch behind the Rofco bread oven in the single phase stone sole category of ovens.
It improved upon the Rofco with a locking door handle, windows and lights on each level, and the fact you could control the heat on each deck.
This oven can be found in the homes of microbakers all over the world and is suitable for someone looking to ‘step up’ output and consistency from the Dutch oven method at a very affordable price.
Features:
-3 baking levels with an approx. product capacity of 20lb / 9kg (qty 9 2.2lb/1000g boules) and typical 40 min bake time.
-Up to temperature in approx 90 mins and great at retaining heat with dense premium rockwool insulation.
-Each baking level is independently controlled by a thermostat, and illuminated
-Large viewing window.
-Each baking level has a 18.6” x 18.6” x1.37” high chamotte (refractory fire brick) stone delivering superb bread
baking results.
-Temp range 122 – 600 oF (50-270°C) (dependent on ambient temperature).
-Built in steam exhaust.
-Robust locking door handle.
-Robust external hinge assembly to accommodate repetitive door opening/closing.
-Heavy duty door seal for longevity and to retain heat.
-Heavy duty rubber feet to protect surfaces.
-CE stamped.
