ISCA’s Dump Buggy Pneumatic Weigh Scales are designed to accurately and quickly weigh all standard dump buggies and their contents.
Features:
-Suitable for 400lb + 600lb std dump buggies.
-Max loading = 880lb / 400kg
-A freestanding unit that allows the dump buggy to be pushed into the weighing cradle at floor level and eliminates the need for a ramp, or floor pit solution
-All stainless steel 304-grade construction.
-Mettler Toledo weigh head – Weigh functions include gross, net, and tare. Unit weight can be in lb or kg.
-Lifting up and down using monostable buttons and a pneumatic valve.
Principle of operation:
-We push the loaded or empty buggy into the switched-on scale.
-We then use the monostable button to lift the buggy up.
-We can add or reduce the load to obtain the loading weight indicated by us.
-In this pneumatic system a shut-off valve is used, which turns off in the event of disconnection of the air supply (e.g. disconnection of supply hoses) – this will prevent the tank from falling down suddenly.
