BTM/250/1500/M Single Pillar Mobile Wheelie Bin Tipper

This Single Pillar 240 Litre mobile wheelie bin tipper is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 1500mm. The Mobile Wheelie Bin Tipper is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel and is a welded construction throughout. The lifting is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The Mobile Wheelie Bin Tipper is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure.

Mobile Wheelie Bin Tipper Electrical Control

This Mobile Wheelie Bin Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The Mobile Wheelie Bin Tipper has ‘dead man’s handle’ control such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Mobile Wheelie Bin Tipper to operate. As soon as the button is released, the Mobile Wheelie Bin Tipper will stop. The control panel has the facility for a ‘Call to Run’ signal to be connected if required.
