This Tote Bin Racking Lift is based on our standard proven single pillar tipper design but with various modifications to allow it to be used for stacking. The Tote Bin Racking Lift can be wheeled into the lift frame and raised off the floor and the whole lift is then manoeuvred to load the bin into the racking. This powered lift for this application includes a hydraulic powerpack and battery pack. The unguarded Tote Bin Racking Lift is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure.

Tote Bin Racking Lift Electrical Control

This Battery and Control components are mounted within a stainless steel enclosure which is mounted at the base of the Tote Bin Racking Lift. The Tote Bin Racking Lift operates on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbuttons must be held for the Tote Bin Racking Lift to operate. As soon as either pushbutton is released, the Tote Bin Racking Lift will stop. The control panel inclues an Emergency Stop, Battery Condition Meter and an Isolator Switch with a Key.
