This Tote Bin Washer is a pneumatic tipper that is designed to lift and tip 2 off 200 Litre Stainless Steel Tote Bins at a height of 900mm and has a Safe Working Load of 100 Kgs. The Tote Bin Washer was manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel and is a TIG welded construction throughout. The Tote Bin Washer is powered via a pneumatic air supply and cylinder tips the Tote Bins by the extension of a pair of cylinders to an angle of 10 degrees past the horizontal. The Tote Bins are loaded from the front and then tipped towards the operator. Once a bin has been loaded, the operator must position the retaining bar correctly which makes a pneumatic limit switch allowing the machine to operate.
